Internet Resources

Here is a link to my Internet Resources post concerning iPads in the Classroom. You will get to see why I think that applying iPads in the classroom are a great way in incorporating technology in the classroom. I thought this will also be very helpful in my Special Education Classroom.

  1. I completely agree! I would love to have iPads in my Special Education classroom. There seems to be so many possibilities for instruction. The apps seem endless, students can use them a communication boards as a form of assistive technology. In addition, with the use of iPads, students have the opportunity to connect with each other and have immediate access to information through the internet. iPads can be a great tool for the inquiry and project based learning process.

  2. Ipads have come such a way! THey are created so many educational apps for the ipads and iphones. I actually have a few educational apps about matching that my daughter uses. And I can tell you that she can match anything together without any help.Just the fact that this is an ipad and its not paper and pencil instruction gets the students engaged. Using ipads in the special education classes can also be a great hit because of course we all know not every student learns the same.
